Every day advertise as much as you can. There are many automatic systems and if you find the right ones you can setup them in few minutes and then with only 1 click you can start advertising. Those parts takes 20 minutes / day.
But when PSA's finnaly arives you will have to dedicate time for them. To teach them everything you know, no need to keep secrets, with their success comes your success and there is no other way to build a profitable business. Bottom line, everything is about you and there are no RULES how much time you have to spend. If i HAD to answer your question, my answer would be 2-3 hours minimum per day. But again, i used to spend hours with a single affiliate every day...and what about others?
